Too much of exercise is also harmful

All the requirements are needed by the people to the some extent. Exercise is the most important thing in our life. But doing more exercises may cause some troubles. You know that when you exercise, your muscles are being used, whether you are swimming, running, walking, weightlifting or doing breathing exercises. By doing more exercises, heart will beat quicker so that more blood containing well-needed oxygen is pumped to your muscles. In addition, your stomach stops its works during exercise to decrease the sum of energy that is used up, thus making it probable for the muscles to have all the energy that they require. You may come to know that during exercise your muscles use up the oxygen present in your blood. They use the oxygen to make adenosine tri-phosphate ATP which is vital if you are to continue exercising. During exercise, the working muscles produce a lot of heat, thus mounting the temperature of your body. With the increase in your body temperature, you will experience sweating, which is the body’s way of cooling itself down. However, this is not possible at all times. In humid situation, the evaporation of sweat is prevented and if the temperature of the environment is the same or higher than your body’s, then heat will not be released.
